We are into sourcing of different products categories especially furniture, décor, lightings, storage, home furnishing, textile, kitchen accessories, flatware, floor coverings, timber and allied products etc. But we are not limited to these categories as we are open for new categories at any given point of time as per our clients requirements. We take pride to have A team of talented pool of professionals with a wide range of skill sets and professional experience.
Our QA, product technologist and production merchants work at the factory floor to give transparent feedback to our customers on production and make sure to ship quality goods on time. We are strategically located at Delhi NCR with regional sourcing offices at Jodhpur and Moradabad region. Our team comprises professionals from different fields such as textile, furniture and metal products teams are divided in 3 sub-groups based on their work profile.
- Products technologist- Our product technologists are the backbone of our services and are key differentiators among other sourcing services providers from India. We have furniture technologist (wood technologist), mechanical engineers, fabric technologist to look after wooden, metal, and soft line products respectively. Each product tech is responsible to discuss product developments, value engineering and review the developed product. Our PD team directly work with overseas team to makes sure that product should comply with all customer requirements and take approval from the customer.
- Merchandisers- Daily follow-up with factory and clients and cost negotiations and finalization with factory, keep tab on completing crucial timelines within given time and address all queries raised by our customer from time to time.
- Production merchants- Responsible to ship production on time and escalate if there is any with factory representatives and update merchants for any anticipated delay to educate customers in advance. They provide our customer real time production status from the factory floor and also helps in scheduling of QAs for inspections.
- Quality assurance team –We have an efficient quality assurance team across all product categories to run daily inspections work smoothly. Our QA makes sure to inspect products at raw stage, production, finished and finally packed shipment. We have QAs stationed on the factory floor to make sure no non-complied product should not moved out of the factory until the process or product gets rectified.
